Calico Swim Returns & Exchange Policy

Effective March 3, 2024

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Bikinis must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Bikinis must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.
  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
    • Sizing issues 
    • Defects in materials or workmanship

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Bikinis that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Bikinis with removed or tampered hygiene stickers
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return/exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at askcalicoswim@gmail.com or through the our social media accounts within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return/exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. Return/Exchange Authorization (RA) Number

Please note that all returns/exchanges must have a valid RA number. This number is necessary to process your return. You will receive instructions on how to package and return the item, emphasizing hygiene protocols.

5. Processing Returns/Exchanges

Once we receive your returned bikini, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. We will then process your return based on the following options:

  • Refund: If you're eligible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchange: If a replacement size or style is available, we can exchange the item.

6. Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account may vary based on your payment method.

7. Return Shipping Costs

We currently shoulder exchange shipping costs for Metro Manila orders. This is applicable only once per order.

If the order is not in Metro Manila, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For cases that the return is due to an error on our part or due to a defective product, we will also shoulder shipping costs.
